How Deezer labels AI music
Deezer detects fully AI-generated tracks with its own tool and tags albums that contain them with an "AI-generated content" notice. Tagged tracks are excluded from algorithmic and editorial recommendations. Deezer says it will add a setting to remove fully AI-generated music from search before the end of 2026.
The labels
-
“AI-generated content”
Deezer’s detector found fully AI-generated tracks on the album. Artists cannot opt out; Deezer says the tool is 99.8% accurate.
Where you see it
- Open the album page: if it contains detected AI tracks you will see an "AI-generated content" box. support.deezer.com
- Deezer Community also advises looking for the tag on album and song pages. en.deezercommunity.com
Can you hide or block AI music on Deezer?
Not with a built-in setting.
- Not yet: the tag cannot be turned off, and AI tracks are already left out of recommendations.
- Deezer says an on/off toggle to exclude fully AI-generated tracks, albums and artists from search will arrive before the end of 2026.
